  Russell Boulter
Russell worked as a professional actor for 25 years. He started at the RSC, played lead roles in the West End, the title roles in Macbeth and Hamlet and is best known for his television work in ITV’s “The Bill”. He is a regular documentary narrator for the BBC, Channel 4 and National Geographic.
Since joining Garnett & Simpson in 2008 he has quickly established a practise working with clients such as Barclays in London, Hong-Kong, Singapore and New York; BCG, VISA, Oak Hill Theological college and KPMG. Russell is a clinical hypnotherapist and NLP life coach.
  Richard Garnett
Richard was a professional actor for 15 years – TV, film, and theatre (including the West End, Broadway, and lead roles for the Royal Shakespeare Co). In 1995 - after a year in which his 3rd child was born and he spent 5 months away from home - he decided that a change was required, and he began the process of building up what has now become a substantial practice as a consultant in communication skills.
He typically works with the most senior levels of management in professional services, private equity firms, and PE portfolio businesses. In 2010 Richard co-founded the online presentation tool Present.me
  Neill Harvey-Smith
As a World Masters debating champion, and two time national champion, Neill brings the concepts and skills of world class debate to the corporate world - negotiation, conflict, disagreement and objection handling. He provides personal coaching to senior leaders across professional services, academia and public life.
He works with teams, delivers lectures and masterclasses. Over ten years, Neill taught debate and public speech at top universities in North America, Asia and across Europe. He was a Director of the International Debate Education Association and Chair of the World Debating Council; his latest book, the Practical Guide to Debate, was published in 2011.
  Spencer Lambert
Spencer had never heard of ‘slides’ before he got his first job making them. That was 20 years ago using a camera and film – the technology has moved on a bit since then, and so has Spencer. He has run his own presentation design consultancy since 1997 and has worked on hundreds, if not thousands of presentations for clients including Microsoft, Glaxo SmithKline, KPMG, & Barclays
More recently he joined the G & S team, with a particular focus on management presentations for PE houses exiting their portfolio businesses. More recently still, he co-founded and is now CEO of Present.me, the online presentation tool.
  Charlie Simpson
Charlie practised at the Bar for four years (Criminal, Licensing, and Family law), before becoming a professional actor in 1990. Having won the prestigious Carleton Hobbes BBC Radio Drama award, he went on to perform with the Royal Shakespeare Co, in the West End, and on TV in everything from classic drama to soap.
In 2003 he began working with Richard, building up a portfolio of clients ranging from finance to the law to fashion, across all levels of management from CEO to up and coming talent. Charlie is also a CEDR accredited mediator, and is a co-founder of Present.me
